Shipping + Returns


All orders will be send via USPS until otherwise noted. All orders ship 1-3 Priority for all U.S. residents with purchases and any orders over $40 qualify for FREE Priority 1-3 Day shipping. Depending on your rural location it may take up to 3 days and is strictly dependent on USPS. We apologize for any inconveniance this creates for non-U.S. residents as well as during certain times of year with severe weather restrictions. Canada orders take 5-10 days once processed, while with International Orders strictly depend on option chosen during checkout, which are two options for standard shipping or expedited. These depend mostly on your postal service in your country, and typically take 7-12 days. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is processed, Monday through Friday. We ship orders only Monday through Saturday 8am - 8pm. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. All pre-orders ship separately once back in stock - on us!  If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped first separately to then have backordered/pre-ordered item(s) become available and auto-shipped once back in stock on us. The use of discounts and coupon codes may disqualify an order for free shipping.

We can ship to all states within the U.S. and most countries globally with some exclusions. 


For shipments outside of the continental U.S. we offer USPS shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to these countries based on border custom regulations and may be subject to reimbursement after purchase.

Your purchase of items on this website for shipping to any destination outside the United States implies your consent to the following terms (please read carefully): 

  • Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The purchaser/recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 
  • To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier you select (USPS) or your country's customs office.
  • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


LeVert Beauty's Free Return Policy:

In the instance that you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise purchase you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding applied discounts or value-added gift items when applicable and shipping paid by LeVert Beauty will be adjusted by sender to customer. Open and used items determined by amount used prior to return. Please carefully package items back to us, as a damage fee of $20.00 will occur if products are not packaged properly and damaged once arrived to our office or fulfillment center. We do offer FREE returns for all LeVert Beauties, considering the above mentioned.

    How to Return Promotional and On-Sale Items 

    When returning an order that qualifies under a promotion (i.e. free shipping, a discount, a gift with purchase) the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If returning an item which qualified you for a special offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund. You also have the option of a Refund or you will receive the full value of return for the price you paid when choosing In-Store Credit. 


    Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Please note that it can take our team up to 48 hours to review and up to 7-10 business days for your refund, depending on your bank. 

    Return Shipping 

    LeVert Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit. 

    If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
